All orders are printed and fulfilled by by an on-demand distribution partner. Each item is made to order, which allows us to reduce overproduction and maintain consistent quality. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Processing & Shipping
Orders typically take 5–10 business days to print and fulfill before shipping. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.
During periods of high demand or global shipping delays, fulfillment may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as every item is produced individually.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within 20 days of shipment, please contact us at namakcola@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll work with fulfillment partner and the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Returns & Replacements
Because each product is custom printed, we can only offer returns or replacements in limited cases. We accept claims for:
- Damaged or misprinted items
- Incorrect items or sizes sent due to a fulfillment error
To request a replacement or refund, email namakcola@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size or color ordered
- Change of mind
- Minor color differences between digital previews and the final print

Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
